Caring Hands & Open Hearts, LLC Caring Hands & Open Hearts, LLC (CHOH) is a behavioral and mental health facility serving various counties throughout the state of Georgia. CHOH’s mission is to rebuild our communities by strengthening families one family at a time. Caring Hands & Open Hearts, LLC collaborates closely with the Department of Family and Children Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the local schools, and other entities within the community. |

CEO
Caring Hands & Open Hearts CEO, Kunta Manning, and staff members realize that our nation can only be as healthy as the individuals who reside in it. Therefore, it is our goal to increase each family’s level of functioning to its highest potential through the use of biopsychosocials and other assessments, behavior modification techniques, counseling services, parenting classes, substance abuse counseling and education, psychological evaluations, psychiatric assessments including medication management, and skills training. CHOH’s staff is committed and operates in a spirit of excellence. The staff members have a combined total of professional experience of over 83 years, and the staff members’ credentials include MD, PsyD, PhD, LPN, RN, LCSW, LPC, Master’s level clinicians, and Paraprofessionals. Services CHOH
Provides
DHS/DFCS Services - Traditional services to families involved with the Department of Family Services. Core Services - T raditional services that are often provided in a clinic setting. Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Services - Specialty service used to meet the families where they are and to prevent a client from entering a residential facility or a hospital. Professional Training and Student Development - Expert, evidence-based trainings (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, ethics, assessment, and more) and structured supervision. We also provide PsyD/PhD internships and human services practicums (social work, counseling, and marriage and family) that build real-world skills and compassion in future clinicians. |
